A 103 year old historic building is being converted to a zero energy use structure utilizing alternative methods from around the world.

The Roosevelt is located in the heart of Ybor City Florida, Tampa Bay’s historic entertainment district. The property was originally used as a watering station for President Teddy Roosevelt’s Rough Riders. Ybor City’s 7th Avenue was recently awarded one of 10 best streets in America by the American Planning Association : 7th Avenue Award.

The building will serve as infrastructure for creative expression, business incubation and host a wide array of cultural events.

Project 3.0 is a collaborative of diverse talent in Tampa Bay FL organizing towards a brighter future in an ongoing interactive documentary.

Project 3.0 is the debut show on The Campus TV. The Campus TV is a Web 2.0 startup that revolves around educational, empowering information, delivered in an engaging and entertaining fashion.

Capable of producing marketing campaigns in any medium, the team is comprised of multimedia artists, dynamic thinkers and revolutionary leaders with multifaceted successes in the sustainable development and renewable energy fields.
